Beef Stroganoff

My kids LOVE ground beef, I usually make it with pasta sauce, and it is always a winner! I decided to try another one of the recipes from my Keto Delish Magazine. For someone who isn't on a Keto Diet, I have really been making a lot of Keto dishes lately.
HOW DO YOU MAKE BEEF STROGANOFF
To make this dish you will need:
3 tbsp. butter, divided
1 lb. ground beef
Kosher salt
black pepper
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup low-sodium beef stock or bone broth
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
In this recipe, the ground beef was seasoned with salt and pepper but as always, I added my green seasoning prior to cooking it. I love the fresh herbs flavor so I add my green seasoning to ALL my meats.
I would recommend using unsalted butter or olive oil so that the salt isn't over powering in the dish.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, 10 minutes. Drain meat and transfer to plate.
Return skillet to medium-high heat and add remaining 2 tablespoon butter and mushrooms. Cook, tossing occasionally, until mushrooms are golden, 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add broth, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire, Dijon, and paprika to skillet. Bring to a simmer, stirring.
Return beef to skillet and stir to combine.
Enjoy with your favorite side. I had mine with homemade cauliflower rice.
