Roasted Garlic Brussel Sprouts

As I am adding more vegetable into my meals, I am always looking for new ways to keep them interesting and delicious. I got this recipe from my brother over the phone and since we cook adding 'some' salt or 'some' oil, meaning we eyeball mostly, I did my best to use measurements for this post.


HOW DO YOU MAKE ROASTED GARLIC BRUSSEL SPROUTS

To make this dish you will need:

  • Brussel Sprouts (about 10)

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 tbsp. melted butter

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. black pepper

  • Cheese (optional)

My brother used cheddar cheese but I decided to add a bit of parmesan, you can leave it out if you are not a cheese lover.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cut Brussel Sprouts in half. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper and melted butter.

  3. Mix until fully coated.

  4. Transfer to baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove and top off with your favorite cheese.

  6. Serve warm.
